Brooke Van Dusen

Brooke has spent the last 13 years in strategic leadership positions at the intersection of video games and startups. As one of the founding employees of Twitch, he directed their Business Development and Developer Relations efforts. As VP of Business Development at Xsolla, he led global sales. Additionally, he has held leadership positions at multiple venture-backed startups, overseeing executive production, platform, and go-to-market efforts. Throughout his career, he has established hundreds of successful partnerships with international game teams — from outsourced and co-developed game production, to marketing and PR. ‍ In 2023, Brooke founded CDR External Development with the mission to bring the benefits of effective external services to more studios.
